Hold CTRL and click on the Movie Clips you want (if you didn't know that hold CTRL trick, it works pretty much universally with most programs!). Let's say we want to export 'HoboGun' and 'HoboIdle' into a spritesheet. In the LIBRARY window, you'll see a list of all of the movieclips.
